Just One of 14 West Brookfield Property Transfers Discloses a Sale Price in August
West Brookfield recorded 14 property deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only one, 170 E Main St., sold Aug. 10 for $22,641, disclosed a sale price. The other 13 transactions carried no listed consideration amount, a pattern common to trust transfers, bank-related conveyances, an estate transfer and a utility easement recorded this period. Clearview Drive, Lakeshore Drive and Wickaboag Valley Road each saw two recorded transfers. With price data available for only one of 14 deeds, this period's records do not support a broader read on local sale values or market tone.
