West Brookfield deed filings show no disclosed sale prices in latest recording period
West Brookfield recorded 11 property deed transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but none disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. The transfers spanned 10 different streets with no street recording more than one sale. Notably, three transactions involved trustees transferring property to same-family trusts, two involved mortgage-servicing entities rather than individual buyers, and others listed a utility company, a conservation land trust and a corporate entity as grantees.
