The highest-priced transaction was an Aug. 20 sale from Catherine I. and Matthew J. Rogala to Country Bank For Savings. Clearview Drive and Lakeshore Drive each recorded two transfers during the period. Several deeds involved lenders, trusts, an estate, a conservation land trust and utility companies rather than conventional buyer-seller sales. With only two of 12 deeds listing price, the data provides limited basis for characterizing overall market conditions this period.
